Hi Everyone,

We wish you all a Healthy, Happy and Joyous Thanksgiving and Holiday Season.

Take time to enjoy your family and friends and remember the best of your memories. It can be a very stressful time for some and we are here for you to help you manage those difficult times. We have a variety of nutrition to help your nervous system to be calm and come out feeling good in spite of those challenges. De-Stress is just one of those great products, usual amount of 2 one hour before event.

This is also an important time to take care of your digestion, that means kidneys, gall bladder, stomach and pancreas. If any of these are out of balance you will graze and be hungry, can have bloating and gas. If kept in balance, you will have a Happy Holiday and keep weight under control.

Remember Turkey is a food that the kidneys do not like and can cause bloating, burping, joint aches and overall just not feeling well.

Hi Everyone,

I think we may be drying out today here in the Northwest. Our horses are tired of the rain, it’s hard to find a dry spot to get out of the weather. Our new horse Ruah, is getting along with everyone. Fame, Steppin and Jake have finally stopped pushing him around even though he is the biggest of all of them he is still the baby at three years old.

Reilly had a great Halloween; she was an autumn fairy, very cute and liked the trick or treating and being with other kids.

We are going to have an exciting week, Dr. Versendaal is here and will be in the office seeing clients and he brings new and exciting research to share. It is always fun to have him and our clients look forward to the opportunity of seeing my mentor and the genius of CRA. We will be going to Portland on Friday and teaching a CRA seminar to other health professionals on Saturday and Sunday.

We are working on a new Facebook Fan Page check it out and join. It will have tips and information on CRA as well as healthy lifestyle and wellness program.

Life is a journey pay attention to where you are going and create a plan to have the life you deserve and remember there are no limits so Dream Big.

Fall is here!

We are having a beautiful fall season. The leaves are changing colors and are so beautiful. Every day we have a new scenic view with the daily change in our surroundings. Our herd of Elk has been around moms and babies along with “Big Daddy” the big bull elk. They are so beautiful but recently have gotten a little too close to the house and are eating the leaves off some of the shrubs. We moved the pumpkins we grew just in time before they ate them for a snack. I was very happy to save them.

We have a new family member at our house, 3 year old Ruah, a Gypsy Vonner horse. He is black and white and very handsome. He has been with us three week and have been a bit challenged in introducing him to our other three horses and Petey, the steer.We set up a separate but adjoining fenced area for him so they could get used one another. When he first arrived, our horses were crazy running back and forth. Petey, was curious and peeked his head out from behind Ruah’s shelter. This startled Ruah and he jumped his fence from a standstill, knocking the top boards down. Nancy said, “Well, that went well.” Ruah was just standing there on the other side of the fence looking back at the other horses. After we recovered from the initial shock of what had just happened, we regrouped and decided to move Fame into the new area and Ruah, Steppin and Jake together. This worked well and after a couple of weeks we were able to put all four horses together. Ruah is very happy and doing great.

Animals are like people, always working at relationships. We draw people with the proper energy or push them away. It’s all about your intention. Enjoy every day and live life to your fullest. Cultivate your life and Dream Big!

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all enjoying this beautiful summer. Nancy and I have been playing badminton every day getting ready for a challenge with friends; I think we are going to be winners. Reilly has been learning how to play and she is really good at serving a little more practice and she will be a star. Reilly’s birthday was last week and she is now 10 years old, looks just like her Mom and is tall and beautiful. I know I am her Gammy and its okay for me to brag.

The elk are here regularly and even Big Daddy (the big bull elk with the huge rack) is here almost daily for his lunch or dinner. We love our animals and all they represent, strength, stamina, beauty and gentleness. Of course we also always have the horses to look at as well as Petey.

I talked to Dr. Versendaal today and we are working on new research for this fall. It is always exciting doing CRA because we always have the latest research and technology to share with all of you. I will be with DR V in Atlantic City for a CRA Seminar September 10 and 11^th. Should be great fun, our great friends Judy and Connie will be attending the seminar and we will also have time for fun.

Just a reminder for you to think of your goals for 2011, they need to be written by October 1 and then read daily for them to take effect in January. If you wait until January, it still takes 3 months for them to materialize. So start thinking and start writing so you can have a head start on your dream. Remember, if you could have anything you wanted and knew you couldn’t fail what would you create? Dream Big and know there is no one better than you. You are the BEST!

Hi Everyone,

Wow what beautiful weather, it is so amazing to see all that blue sky. Our pumpkins are finally starting to really grow, Reilly loves taking care of her garden. She also has carrots, one artichoke plant and 3 zucchini plants. All is well on the Mack Ranch, horses are happy, Petey is enjoying those sunny days in the pasture, and we now have the Mama elks bringing the babies in for their afternoon rest. They are so cute very tiny still have their spots. I took some pictures we will put them up for you to see. As I drove into work the other day an eagle flew right over my car, this is always so powerful to me like God is saying all is well you are on track keep moving forward. Yesterday a big bull elk came to visit, he is so beautiful and very powerful looking. We are so thankful for all the beauty that surrounds us and the power of the animals.

I hope you are enjoying these sunny days and adding joy to your life in all you do. Look for all that is right in your life and be grateful this will allow you to move forward and make changes that are positive.

Take a walk and enjoy the silence and sounds of nature and be aware of all the miracles around you that occur every day. Like the baby birds chirping, the humming birds hovering over the flowers, the butterflies, and all God’s creatures who are present just for you. Take time to visualize your dream and be very clear on what that dream is, in every detail, the clearer you are the more you will create it. So Dream Big and show Gratitude every day, it will make your life better and always remember anything is possible.

Hi Everyone,

What a great weekend lots of sunshine and blue skies. We had a great time enjoying the outdoors, playing with the horses, walking, and badminton and just soaking up that sun when it was out. Isn’t it amazing how sunshine and blue skies make you feel?

The radio show was fun last week, had concerned people call in with great health questions that they have had without finding a solution. I know we are able to help these people with CRA, your body has all the answers we just have to know how to ask and be a detective looking for the solution. This is why I have so much fun, my purpose is to serve you and help you live the best life ever.

It is hard to believe 4^th of July is this weekend. Our neighbor puts on quite the fireworks display and party. It gets a little wild over there at times however, there is lots of laughter. Our horses are fine with all the fireworks and noise. For those of you that have animals that have a problem with the fireworks you can give them a Kalmz. For a very small dog or cat open the capsule and give about a fourth of one then increase according to size. For Apache, Nancy’s Golden Retriever, who is 80 pounds we give him a whole one and he is fine. It works great and you will have a happy animal because it works on calming down their nervous system so it’s really helping them at a deeper level. Kalmz is still one of my favorite products, it has so many benefits. It makes your brain and nervous system happy, great for stressful situations as well as maintaining a happy brain.

I wish you all a very happy and safe 4^th of July in whatever it is you will be doing. Remember life is precious, be in the moment and live life to the fullest, be grateful for all that you have and be kind. What is it you would like to be remembered for in your lifetime? Hi Everyone,

We are having a great spring lots of rain to make everything grow and be green. However some things are growing a little slower waiting for the sun to come out and when it does those flowers really pick their heads up and smile. It’s about being grateful for all things. I have planted some pumpkins as well as zucchini along with my herbs and flowers, since then we have had a family of rabbits enjoying our garden. Now I know you have heard me talk about all the animals that have visited this year, well the rabbit is about fear. So when I see the rabbit I think of what is it that I may have fear over and take a look at it and let it go. I do know that I do not have any major fear issues just little ones I have to look at and recognize in order to let them go. The universe is so wonderful in helping us move along in our journey and letting us know when we are on the right track, for example that eagle flying right over us as if to say good job.

Nancy and I will be on the Dr Pat Show on Thursday, 6/24 at 11-12pm PT, we hope you can join us. Our time has been extended to one hour and we are very excited starting our second year on the show. Let us know if you have any topics you would like us to discuss, this show is all about educating you on why we do what we do. The answer to that is to educate and empower each and every one of you to be the best you can be in every area of your life, emotionally, physically and spiritually. We are here to serve you.

The office is full of energy and Rhonda is doing a great job not only in the front office and serving you she is fabulous assisting me. I love what I do and most of all I love each and every one of you.

Remember be clear on your dream for you, see it feel it, and know you can have whatever it is you want if you believe and have faith that does not waver. Dream big and have gratitude for all things and help as many people as you can to attain their dreams.

Hi Everyone,

Just came home from a great high energy seminar with The Masters Circle, a leadership program for growth and development. It was so much fun and had great speakers who were very informative and inspiring. I have made so many great friends and continue to do so each time I go to seminar; it is the best experience and an energy force that lifts you up to a whole new level.

I have exciting news, on Sunday my daughter Nancy went out on the porch and she thought she saw a dog on our property and looked again as it lifted its head and it was a young black bear. Wow was that fun; it’s the first bear we have seen on our property. When we lived on Tiger Mountain and rode up in the hills I would see them often. It was very cool. Bear has to do with introspection and keeping your vision and dream. So this year we have had eagles, hawks, elk, deer, rabbits, and now the bear and of course you have to remember we have Petey the steer that Nancy has manifested. It will be interesting to see what the universe will send next.

The office is amazing with Rhonda; we are having a great time and very busy taking care of all our great clients. Our intention is to be the best in the field and serve each and every one of you the best possible. To educate and empower you to be the best you can be in every area of your life, mind, body and spirit. Life is a journey and has many detours. It’s all about how you get back on the road and keep moving forward toward your hopes and dreams while keeping the faith that you can have anything you want if you are clear and focused laser sharp on what it is. It takes practice every day to see it feel it and believe you can do it. So dream big and believe in yourself and remember who is better than you?

Hi Everyone,

Wow, it is June already and the sun is out, that is amazing. May was a great month. All the radio shows went well, even got to host a show with Nancy. I have been on the radio show now almost one year and the shows keep getting better. I have just renewed with The Dr Pat Show for the upcoming year, she has extended my time to one hour, we will post the schedule as soon as we receive it. Benny and Val were a great help in guiding us when we hosted the show, we thank them very much. It is really fun to work with such great people.

I was in Chicago with Dr. Versendaal in May and will be leaving for Phoenix in the morning for The Masters Circle Seminar. Dr. Versendaal will be on stage along with many great speakers. I am really looking forward to going and also to be in the sunshine and dry out. I will have to take really dark sun glasses since it has been so long since being in that bright light.

The office is really busy and full of energy. Rhonda is doing a great job taking care of all our clients as well as managing the office. We are having fun with the new research and Ver Vita Products. We’re seeing great results using less product with easy to follow protocols. If you haven’t been in recently, you may want to come in and get updated with your program, you will love the new work.

Reilly is doing great, getting taller and enjoying home schooling. Our neighbor Rick has a steer named Petey and Reilly reads poems to him as she looks out the window at him in the pasture.

Petey is Ricks daughters school project and they were planning on eating Petey, however my daughter Nancy started this campaign to save Petey so I think she has manifested saving Petey in 2 months since now Rick is thinking of saving Petey. He is like a dog. He follows you along the fence and will run with you and wants to play. I don’t think you should name something you are going to eat, it doesn’t work. Will let you know what happens.

Remember, if Nancy can manifest saving a steer in 2 months, just think of what you can do if you are focused and clear on what you want in your life. I have a great book to recommend to you to read “The Alchemist” about following your dream, get it today you will love this book.

I wish you sunshine and rain to grow in every area of your life. Remember who is better than you. No One! Dream Big, it is all up to you!

Happy Mother's Day!

Hi everyone!! Happy Mother's Day!!

It has been a great spring. I've been to New York for a CRA seminar with Dr. Versendaal - had a great time. Got invited by some local chiropractors to go to Chinatown for dinner, had a great meal and lots of laughs. New York really is an exciting city, and what a beautiful skyline! We walked to Little Italy and people-watched. The seminar itself was great - lots of new research and techniques to help clients get to the next level of optimal health.

Last week, Dr. V was here in my office seeing clients and performing miracles. Everyone loves to see him - they always learn something new. Saturday and Sunday (last weekend) we had a CRA seminar in Bellevue. Once again it was a great group who were excited about the new technique and how simple it is to do the work. Last week when Dr. V was at our house for dinner our elk came and greeted him and just hung out for the evening, resting and playing in the grass. The eagles also came for a visit, soaring over the house along with the hawks. Life is great, having God's great energy all around!

There is some wonderful news in the office - Rhonda Frederick has joined our staff and is adding great energy to the office! Rhonda is taking great care of our clients, providing excellent customer service. Rhonda and I are here to help you be the best you can be; in turn, you help us to be the best WE can be! Thank you for being part of our family.

I have been invited to host an hour of the Dr. Pat Show on May 20th, in addition to my regular spots. I am really excited about the opportunity and am looking forward to a fun-filled hour, so remember to tune in and listen live, whether on the radio or online. All shows are also available in the archive.

Remember, anything you want to succeed in , you can do - ANYTHING! So DREAM BIG and create the life you want. It's all up to you!

Back from The Master's Circle to the Northwest Women's Show!

Hey Everyone!

It has been a great, fun fulled and exciting week! Last week I was in Chicago. I spent an evening with my sister Rose Ellen and her family. It was a fun night filled with a lot of laughter and stories. The weather was beautiful - blue skies and lots of sunshine. There was still snow on the ground but it was slowly melting.

On Thursay I went to The Master's Circle seminar. Master's Circle is always an exciting time with very high energy - this time was no exception. There were great speakers including my mentor, Dr. Versendaal, who really wound the crowd up with his inspiration and energetic spirit. I am so proud to be a member of a great team.

Dr. V worked at the VerVita booth all day long, checking each individual, helping them to improve their vitality and health.

I am now a member of The Green Machines - we have a contest going to see who can attract the most new clients. We are really fired up to be the best, beating the other teams in helping others to be the best they can be.

Here in the Northwest it's like spring - flowers and trees blooming, lush, green grass growing - it is truly amazing for this time of the year. My daffodils are blooming and the tulips were growing until the elk found them....now they're gone!

The bull elk lost his antlers. My daughter found one of them; it's about 2 feet plus, and it's the second time she's found antlers.

On Sunday I spoke at the NorthWest Women's Show, the largest show of its kind in the country. My talk went very well - I filled the seats and had standing room only. I love what I do and I want to share my passion with others to educate, empower and inspire you to be the best you can be and make a difference not only in your life but in the lives of others.

I love you all - REMEMBER to DREAM BIG and live the life you were meant to live. It's all up to you to create that reality.

Powerful visitors!

We are enjoying the best weather ever - the grass is getting green and growing, bulbs are popping out and the daffodils have shown their sunny faces - and it's still early February! We are lucky to have snow in the mountains for great skiing. My husband John teaches skiing and has had great snow every weekend.

We have had a bald eagle in a tree on our property for the past week, showing up daily and being very majestic. We also have had a red tail hawk that is HUGE! My friend Rex, who is very familiar with hawks, thought it was very unusual to see one so large. I did get some great pictures, which I'll post here and on Facebook. While the hawk was in the tree the herd of elk showed up. It has been a great week with powerful animals surrounding us.

Everyone has their own definition of wellness. I am here to help you reach your wellness goals and encourage you to dream bigger, reach further and visualize. I am so excited to be a part of your life - to be your personal coach and be with you every step of the way.

Hi Everyone!

Happy New Year! Great time for new beginnings and the dream of possibilities! Remember, anything is possible. You have to believe and feel it as if you already had it. A great book is
"Evolve your Brain" by Joe Dispenza DC. He talks about how you can create what you want however you have to really work at getting in the zone of actually feeling how it would feel if you had it. I had the honor of hearing him at The Master's Circle where he was a featured guest speaker. He is amazing and tells great stories of how his family uses this technique and has great results. This is all based on very scientific research - being able to change your mind by changing what you program.

Reilly is back in school. She is home schooled and has done so well in this program! This is her second year. Home schooling is the best decision we could have made for her. She now LOVES to read and is very good at reciting classical poetry! She knows the whole poem, not just the one stanza - you get to hear the whole thing!

John is teaching skiing on the weekends; he is very happy to be on the mountain. I have been getting the horses in shape. I am looking forward to riding with Karen Irland, an amazing Centered Riding instructor.

Looking at the new year and planning my schedule to attend Dr. Versendaal's seminars to catch up on all the latest, however I do talk to him almost every other day so I am already informed about the latest and greatest information he has researched. Dr. V is doing very well. He is now living in Michigan where its very cold right now. When I talk to him he always says it's a beautiful day no matter what the temperature. That was his line when he lived in Florida. He will probably be back in the office at the end of April or beginning of May, we are working on the schedule.

2010 is going to be an exciting year! Starting the year off with the new Control-IT weight management program has already changed the lives of those on it - people are already losing weight. Christmas at the Mack House!

We had a great Christmas at the Mack house. Christmas Eve, Ken, Marissa and Jake came over and we all went to Mass together. Reilly wore her beautiful party dress and looked gorgeous! After Mass we came back to the house for our usual appetizers and refreshments. The hit of the night was the Golden Cheesies, a recipe we got from our friend Paula many years ago. It's become a holiday favorite. A great time was had by all, and then Reilly settled down for a long winter's nap awaiting the arrival of that famous person, Santa.

Christmas morning Reilly was amazed and happy with all the presents under the tree. It was her best year for enjoying and playing with all her gifts. Her books were a great hit - she read quite a bit that day.

The very best gift of all is being with family. We are so grateful to have each other and our extended family and friends. Even though my sister and her family are far away they always feel close to us.

Now we are ending the old year and looking forward to the new, with new dreams and challenges for an even better year ahead. We thank each and every one of you for being part of our family and wish you all the very HAPPIEST NEW YEAR! May all your dreams come true!

News from the cold Northwest

Hi everyone!

It's very cold here in the Northwest, but with sunny, beautiful blue skies. The horses water has been frozen all week, which means hand carrying water (John's job), morning and night. We can't put a heater in it because Jake chews the wire. The next best option is to move it near the fence where we have the hot wire plugged in. We can put the heater in so the wire is against the fence and Jake can't get it. We are going to be prepared. Remember last year?

We have exciting news - our granddaughter Reilly ran in the Seattle Kids Marathon! She had to accumulate 25 miles between September and the end of November. She ran 25 miles in that time, then at the race they did the final 1.2 miles for a total of 26 miles. Quite exciting for a little girl who didn't walk until she was three!! Her Dad and her Papa ran with her. We are all very proud of her - she earned her miles!

In the office we are about to roll out the new "Control-IT" Weight Management program for the New Year. It is very exciting, simple and easy to do. All the info will be on the webpage soon. We have a huge waiting list of clients ready to start the program.

We are also busy updating the computer programs; this is a major project and will be a great fresh start in January. We are very thankful for Devyn, who is our computer expert. He does a great job and not only with the technical - he is also building our new web page!

Hope you are all enjoying the Holiday season and finding joy and thankfulness in all you have, instead of what you do not have. Enjoy family and friends, and don't put off things like calling a friend or family member - they may not be here when you do make the time. Live every day as if it were your last!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi Everyone!

Here we are at that time of year to be extra thankful for family and friends and to enjoy those holiday gatherings. Even though sometimes they may be stressful, you have to look at the bright side. Maybe you even need a little De-Stress to calm your nerves down. Life is FULL of challenges; they can be very stressful or sometimes even funny. So lighten up and look for the joy this season - fill your life with laughter!

We are going to Reilly's Dad's for dinner so no cooking at our house - YEAH! However, I do have to bring Golden Cheesies at Ken's request. This has been a Christmas Eve favorite at our house. Now Ken has made it a Thanksgiving tradition.

May your day be filled with happy traditions, heartwarming memories, and with thinking warm thoughts of wonderful people like you!

Color and Crisp Air

Hi Everyone!

Here we are, well into a fall full of color and crisp air. We've got a heard of elk in our front yard almost every day. Sometimes they spend all day and all night grazing and resting. Every now and then a beautiful older bull shows up with a huge rack - he is very regal - and then we have a younger bull with a small rack.

My neighbor said we had a black bear in the pasture one night; I did not see him. We do have a coyote show up once in a while, and recently had a bat on the side of the house that stayed for about 5 days then left.

According to Indian medicine, seeing these animals has meaning. For example, the elk mean stamina, the coyote is the trickster, and the bat has to do with rebirthing. There are books referring to what animals mean when they show up in your life. One is the "Animal Speaks" book - it is a fun book to have and refer to.

We have some exciting things happening in the office. Biotics is rolling out a new weight management program called "Control-IT"; we are very excited to introduce it in the beginning of December. It had produced great results in every way to improve health and lose weight and is very easy to do. You can check our website soon for information.

Enjoy the sunshine and remember to dream your dream. Life is full of lessons and choices, some of them not what we want them to be, however, those are the ones that we really can stretch and grow from.

Back from Chicago!

Hi everyone!

I had a great time last weekend in Chicago at my High School Reunion. It was amazing to step back in time and to still have such great friends. Our old school saying was "A Mercy girl is hard to beat", and it's still true today. Everyone had plenty of stories, and we all laughed and laughed!
Out of 223 girls, 121 were present - isn't that amazing? We have been in touch by email for a number of years now and the list just grows and grows. Mercy was an all girls school at 81st and Prairie in Chicago - it was the most beautiful school and campus. It took up an entire city block. It was like going to the very elite of the schools run by the Sisters of Mercy.

After returning home Tuesday, I was on the Dr. Pat Show on Wednesday. Our topic for the show was "A day in the office with CRA & Mary Jane Mack". I liked the way it flowed and am planning on using that format again this Wednesday (tomorrow at 11:30AM on 1150AM!). I am always interested in your feedback and a list of topics that you would like covered in upcoming shows and newsletters. Please send your ideas to me at info@maryjanemack.com

My granddaughter Reilly was an Autumn Butterfly for Halloween. I must say, she was the most beautiful Autumn Butterfly I have ever seen!

Can you believe we are now looking forward to Thanksgiving?? It's a great reminder to be Thankful daily and have gratitude for all that we have in our lives.

Back from The Masters Circle

Hi Everyone!

I just returned from a life changing seminar with The Masters Circle. From start to fnish it was high energy, laser focused, with amazing information, fabulous speakers and laughter. Everything I needed to move me forward, closer to reaching my Dream.

With the Dr. Pat Show I have been looking at a variety of specific topics to talk about and realized - why not talk about real people, helping them focus on themselves and their dreams? People have been given labels by their Doctors, and by themselves. Doctors will put you in a category to match your symptoms. However, we need to realize that just because someone has given us a label does not mean we have to live with this label!

I want to talk about PEOPLE, not labels. Who they are, what they are stuck in, and how they are being limited by these labels. It does not matter - you can still be the one who gets up in the morning and says "Oh God, it's morning", or you can get up and say "Thank you God for a great morning".

The mom who is exhausted from all her day-to-day tasks. The CEO who is stressed beyond a normal range, the unemployed person worried about health benefits and finding a new job. Worried about your your weight, unable to deal with everyday life. On so many prescription drugs you can hardly function. Elderly people (this is not limited to the elderly) in homes no longer able to function, sitting in chairs or lying in bed staring into space. Loved ones who have had strokes, heart attacks, or have been hospitalized. These are just some of the conditions that we have allowed to happen.

Whatever happened to eating well, exercising, feeding the mind with knowledge and strong and noble thoughts? Surrounding ourselves with those who lift us up and help us grow and become better human beings?

Well, the time is NOW to wake up, step up to the plate, no longer maintain the status quo. Make a difference, change your life, influence the change of others' lives. Are you living the life you are meant to live? If not, let's go! Step up to your greatness - make a change in body, mind and spirit. Get healthy!

Welcome Fall!

Hi Everyone!

We are having a great time enjoying our beautiful fall weather, the warm days and the crisp nights. The pumpkins are ready to be harvested, the zucchini is having the last burst of the season and Reilly's carrots are huge and ready to be picked. The flowers in the garden are continuing to bloom and fill the patio with color for the last hurrah of the season. Soon the garden will be refreshed with new soil and compost to prepare for a healthy fall season. Just like our bodies, we bloom and grow in mind and spirit on a daily basis and need to replenish our cells with good nutrition to be the best we can be. With CRA I am able to test my garden to keep it at a score of 10, always balancing what it needs to be beautiful. When your body is at a perfect 10, think about how you glow and are happy, clear minded, with health and energy, performing at your best.

We had a great week with Dr. Versendaal in the office - it is always an honor and a blessing to have him here for our clients. Everyone is always so happy to see him and to move on to the next level of health. He deals with the most difficult issues and concerns, both emotional and physical, and presents the best wellness program.

This past weekend we were in Portland for a CRA seminar taught by Dr. V. We had great health practitioners present and all learned the newest technique in CRA. We had a wonderful group, learned a lot and had fun.

Next week I will be with Dr. V in Orlando at the Masters Circle Seminar. Masters Circle is always very high energy with great people and inspirational speakers. Will keep you up to date on how it goes.

Life is a journey with many lessons and challenges to make us change and grow. We have an opportunity to learn from these experiences or stay the same. I choose to learn as quickly as I can, even though sometimes it is not easy, so that I can move on and not have to keep repeating the same lessons. Take life one day at a time and let go of fear and worry; have faith and trust in the only person who is in charge. For me that is God. Remember, His plan for you is greater than you could ever imagine.

Hello Everyone!

We are enjoying beautiful Northwest weather; sunshine and blue skies, warm days and crisp evenings. This beautiful weather is great for riding the horses and getting in the badminton games. Last Saturday Karen Irland came out and did therapeutic riding with Reilly, my granddaughter. She loves riding Jake and it really helps her balance and coordination.

I have been working with my team, preparing for the Dr. Pat Show, and things are really starting to fall into place. We are getting a simple format in place so we can reach out and tell others about C.R.A. Being able to tell the world about the hope and benefit of C.R.A. is so exciting!

Last night I was on the BBS with Dr. Pat from 6:00-7:00pm; it was all about C.R.A. What it is, how it got started and who it can help. The main message of C.R.A. is that it is for everyone, men and women with fertility issues, support during pregnancy, prenatal infants, children, young adults, parents, grand parents, teachers, CEOs, athletes of every discipline, absolutely anyone who wants to improve their health and be the best they can be. C.R.A. offers hope when people have lost hope and have no answers. It's really about caring and taking care of everyone like family. I am so very happy that God has directed me to where I am today. I am doing His work, and He is the miracle worker.

Dr. Versendaal will be here soon, September 29, 30 and October 1st. It is a great opportunity for you to see the master, so take advantage of this time to improve your health and take it to another level!

Updates!

Hi Everyone!!

These past five weeks have flown by. I have been working with Dr. Pat and my special team to plan my radio shows for the coming year. We are still at the early planning phase and looking forward to sharing the power of CRA with the world. I would love to hear from you regarding the topics you would most like me to address. We are also working on the website, updating the old until the new one is ready; new colors, new logo, a new, updated look. All these things take time and lots of work. I am learning a lot about technology and am happy to have others around me that are experts in the area.

On the next Dr. Pat Show, this Thursday September 10th at 11:30am, we are talking about the Immune System during this cold and flu season and how CRA can be a powerful tool in maintaining vibrant health. Hi everyone!

Isn't it wonderful to have the rain to clean and freshen everything up and feed the thirsty grass? It's amazing how a little rain can change the color of the landscape.

Last Wednesday, August 19th, I was on the Dr. Pat show. The topic was Going Back to School and how to prepare the family. The show went well! If you missed it you can go to The Dr. Pat website and pull it up in the archive. Now we are working on planning the whole year with great topics to educate others on the power of CRA. This is my main goal - to educate and empower others to be the best they can be in every area of their lives - and CRA is a great technique to attain that goal. It is the beginning of something that can change people's health worldwide.

Dr. Versendaal is going to be in the office September 29th, 30th, and October 1st. We are excited to have him here to bless our clients with good health. It is a great opportunity if you have major health issues or just want to be the best you can be, to see Dr. V.

When you are living in-Spirit, you can feel inspired by doing virtually anything. Remember to create your reality and dream BIGGER! If there were no limits, what would your life look like?

The Heat Is On...

Hi everybody,

I am sure you all have stories to tell over our recent heat wave. Mine is the search by my husband John to find that air conditioner that was nowhere to be found! Stores got hundreds in and sold them as quickly as they came in, so the next place was the internet and yes, Amazon had one and we quickly ordered it arrived last Friday, it was a miracle. Just like being in heaven to be cooled down for a short time. Then Saturday he visited our local hardware store and yes they had just gotten in a few, after selling 100s of them. This time it was a unit which fit perfectly in the bedroom. Life is good! The portable one is now in Reilly's room. We are all sleeping well and have a nice place to cool down. Now we have four fans in the living area space and as long as you are in front of it, life is good. I mentioned last time to have gratitude for everything in your life and I realize how much I have for cool air! The sunshine has certainly made things grow and blossom beautifully.

The Dr. Pat Show went great last week and I am looking forward to the future shows and spreading the word on CRA. Our phone was very busy after the show. It is so important to let people know they have choices to improve their health and choices to maintain a good wellness program to help them be the best they can be. The body has the innate ability to heal itself if its given what it needs. My mission is to educate and empower others to be the best they can be in every area of their lives.

Master Circle

Hi Everyone,

I just returned from the Masters Circle Seminar in Chicago. What an outstanding inspiring time it was, amazing speakers, the members are all like family as well as the coaches. We laughed and clapped alot. The star of course, was Dr. Versendaal, everyone just lined up to get blessed by him, our booth was full from morning to late at night. People were amazed at his ability to help them when no one else has been able to, it was a very joyful place to be.

I came home with many new ideas and energy to improve and make us even better and I think we are already great..however, I do this for all of you because I want you to have the best!

This week, yes Wednesday at 11:30AM I will be on the Dr. Pat Show, the first of my series on the number one alternative talk show and it is syndicated. What a great place to educate and empower others about their health and wellness - for the first time in history the pharmacautical companies sales in drugs is going DOWN, isn't that a miracle? Drugs are not the answer they just treat the symptoms and never the cause. CRA treats the cause and we are part of the wellness revolution.

What can you do everyday to make you a better you? Have more faith, remember fear and faith can't co-exist. When fear shows up strengthen your faith. What makes you bigger and better? What is your passion? Be grateful, the universe will always give you more to be grateful for. You make a difference so Dream BIGGER and LOVE more!

Alaskan Holiday

Hi everyone,

I just returned from a great cruise to Alaska hosted by Louise Hay. Her company Hay House is a publishing company and many of the people she represents were on the cruise doing seminars. Of course my favorite was Wayne Dyer who was one of the keynote speakers and is very inspiring and fun. I highly recommend his new book "Excuses be Gone", or get the cd's and listen to him over and over - it's just like having your own personal coach.

Along with great speakers we had beautiful scenery, eagles, porpoise and magnificent whales to view in all their playful glory and what a show they put on for us one day all along the side of the ship. You could feel every bit of God's presence in all the beauty that surrounded us.

We met great people from all over the world. The first night at dinner we met Judy and Connie who were from New Jersey and when they told us what they did it was incredible to learn that they taught at a college run by the Sisters of Mercy so we really hit it off and had great fun with old memories and stories. We kept running into each other during the trip and had a great time laughing and enjoying new great friends. Connie is a writer, so who knows, there could be a book coming in the future. We thank them for the great fun and happy memories.

It's good to be home for a few days then I am off to Chicago for the Masters Circle Seminar which is always fun and very high energy and of course full of great people. Dr. Versendaal will be attending and there is always lots happening with him around it's never a dull moment!

We are also getting ready for my first appearance on the Dr. Pat Show on July 29th @ 11:30AM on channel 1150AM. This will be the first of a monthly series as well as 30 minutes a month on her other stations. We will post the times on facebook so you can be sure and catch them. We would love to hear your thoughts on any and all of it! If you miss it live you can check out the archive on the web page and listen anytime.

What is your passion in life? What gives you joy and makes your heart happy? Fun in the Sun...

Hi Everyone,

Had a great time in Chicago visiting family and friends. Returned to enjoy the sunshine and a great Holiday weekend. Lots of fun in the sun.

Monday my cell phone died I had a whole new experience with learning my new phone. Of course just buying the phone is an experience in itself, trying to get started is a little rough. My daughter was almost due for a new cell so I talked her into getting the same one I bought, mainly so I could have help figuring mine out! So far I have spent many hours setting it up to my computer and getting everything working at one time. I am making progress and hope to have it together soon.

We are planning our schedule for the Dr. Pat Show for the rest of the year. We should have the dates and times figured out soon and it will be posted on her website as well as on the blog here and our facebook.

John and I are going on the Louise Hay Alaskan cruise on Saturday. Wayne Dyer is one of the featured guest speakers and we are so looking forward to fun and relaxation and meeting wonderful people.

Dr. Versendaal is HERE!

Hi everyone,

Dr. Versendaal arrived Sunday at noon during a moment of sunshine and blue skies. He is looking great with his Florida tan and glow. We had a great Fathers Day dinner for Dr. V, my husband Joh and Reilly's dad Ken, Nancy, Marissa, and Jake were also able to join us. We played lots of games and laughed a whole lot! I have to remember Apache and Gabby, our dogs also helped with entertainment.

We are looking forward to a great week of healing and blessings for all who are treated by Dr. V. It will be fun and very educational, always learning new research and techniques.

On Tuesday Dr. V will be on the Dr. Pat Radio Show from 10AM to 10:30AM 1150AM so be sure and tune in! If you miss the show you can look her show up on the web and listen at a later time.

Busy Busy!

Hi Everyone,

Wow, we have had an exciting two weeks! We sent an email to the Dr. Pat Talk Radio Show telling her about CRA and we recieved a call the next day inviting us to be on the show! My friend Maria has been telling me for well over a year that I need to be on that show. I had a phone interview with her staff and then later that week Dr. Pat stopped by the office to meet us and see our office. We had a great visit and decided that for the next year we will be doing interviews on her show! Dr. Versendaal will be on the show at 10:15 Am KKNW 1150 AM 10-12 on June 23rd. We will keep you up to date on the upcoming events.

This past weekend, John and I went to our good friends daughters wedding in North Carolina. We had a great time and enjoyed a gorgeous setting at the mountains of the Highlands. Great food and fun people all made for an amazing and relaxing trip!

Now we are gearing up for Dr. Versendaal's visit next week. We have a very busy schedule for him. I feel it is a great opportunity for all of you to see him, he treats so many people all over the country and to have him here is an honor and blessing.

Another Fabulous Week Behind Us!

Hi everyone,

We had a great week here in the office gearing up for Dr. Versendaals visit, everyone is so excited to see him again. He is so amazing and it is areal opportunity to be able to recieve his blessings of health and wellness. He will be here June, 23, 24 and 25th.
Our family had a great weekend of fun in the sunshine. Starting with Reilly playing in the sprinklers and her little pool, then off to our friends Maria and Johns house for a barbeque! We had our annual badminton tournament guys against girls and once again the girls won! It was a relaxing fun day with a great view of the Puget Sound and Mt. Baker which seems to get more and more beautiful everyday. They have 3 kittens and they were hiding all day and that could be because Reilly was trying to find them - they were NOT kid friendly!
I hope you all are taking time for yourselves and continuing to create your dream and visualizing it with every detail as if you were already there. Be a dream maker and dream BIG.

Happy Memorial Day Everyone!

Hi Everyone,
What a great weekend, isn't it amazing what real sunshine does for you and the flowers. I had a great time planting flowers and playing in the dirt. Got the horses all cleaned up, saddled Jake (my Rocky Mountain Horse) and took a ride, it was very relaxing and the very best thing I can do for myself. My friend Karen Irland came out and we did riding therapy on Jake with my granddaughter Reilly. My daughter Nancy and husband John all were involved, we had a great time and Reilly loved riding. Today we will have another day of fun with Jake and enjoying the sunshine.
I talked to Dr Versendaal on Saturday and he is enjoying time with his family in Michigan, He has 2 grandchildren graduating from high school. He said he is really looking forward to coming to my office and seeing my great clients.

Had a great weekend enjoying the sunshine and working in the garden planing flowers. My granddaughter Reilly planted her own little patch of seeds with a variety of flowers, she was so excited! It will be fun to see it grow as Reilly tends and cares for it.

Had a wonderful Mothers Day with the family and enjoyed a little badmitton!

Avery and I have been working on our new informational series that will be starting this week. I have so many pearls of wisdom to share with you that will help to make your life easier and keep you on a wellness track!

This Thursday I am off to Chicago for CRA seminar with Dr. Versendaal, it's so much fun to be learning from him even after all these years.

Dawn Hoezee, Dr. Versendaal's daughter will also be attending and is the author of the CRA book and DVD.

While I am in Chicago, which happens to also be my hometown, I will also be able to spend some time with my sister and her family. We always have such a great time together, lots of laughing and just plain fun!

What a Fabulous Weekend!

Dr Versendaal was in town this past weekend doing a CRA seminar for Health Care Professionals. It was an exciting and very high energy weekend full of new information on the latest research on Biotics Research Products as well as the new Ver Vita Essential Oils. We are using the Elite Harmony Oil to rub on hands and face and neck for cleansing during this flu season or any other time! Doing this will do much more for you than just washing with soap and water and it is easy to carry with you.

The doctors who attended were amazed with the common sense information that Dr. Versendaal shared with them and were enthusiastic to take it back to their practice!

WE are so excited to share with you our new weight management protocol that is very easy to do and follow. It is a matter of balancing the body, eating properly, and starting your own exercise program. Avery has offered to be our study for this and we will be keeping tabs on her weight loss as well as her energy level because with losing weight, she is also trying to get more energy! It's an awesome way for you to watch weekly as we will be recording a video followup every week on her progress!

Also new - we now have a facebook account and Skype is ready to go live so look for more on that in the May newsletter coming out in just a few days! Amazing things are beginning to happen so THANK YOU for helping us get there!

Dr Versendaal will be in my office June 23, 24 and the 25th seeing clients. Enjoy the sunshine and take time for you, remember success and health come from you, not to you, and you have what it already takes to be the best so just look inside.

April Showers Bring May Flowers!

Here it is April and the trees are finally blooming and everything is fresh and green!

I just returned from a seminar in Dallas with Masters Circle and what an exciting and motivating meeting!

It was packed with great ideas and direction on making me a better me FOR YOU! I know that I am on this earth for the people I serve and that is what truly makes my life exciting!

Dr. Versendaal, my mentor and teacher since 1992 and the founder of CRA spoke for 30 minutes on stage in a question and answer format and blew the audience away. He is truly God inspired and his mission is not only to help those that he can to reach peak performance in their health, but also inspires health practioners to be a better version of themselves using CRA to transform lives!

I feel very blessed to be a part of this CRA family. We are able to talk and share our experiences with hundreds of chiropractors and their staff and can recommend a Nutrion Protocol using Biotics Research Products, the new Essential Oils, and Footlevelers Orthotics. With all three of these incredible products we have seen predictable and exciting results.

Hi all! Well Avery has convinced me that blogging is the way to go so here we go! This is a place we can discuss new products, highlight customers and testimonials, and just give you an update on what is going on in Mary Jane's life..as crazy and hectic as it sometimes is! Avery is going to be doing a photoshoot for our family coming up soon and we will post the pictures here so check back often to see those..we are very excited.

We have alot of new and exciting changes coming up in the next few months so please check back to get updates on that as well!

Some things to look for: new website and new logo, new online ordering system, new newsletters, (February's went out) new customer referral options, new discount on lights if you prepay them, and LOTS of other stuff!
